How the recruitment process works at Energy Africa Recruitment.
Below is a user-friendly diagram to explain our process to you in detail. From our first engagement and understanding the client’s needs and finalizing the job description, to the sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
Our first engagement is understanding the client’s needs and finalizing the job description, we then source, screen and interview candidates. After preparing applications and submitting them to the company, we prepare candidates for the interview. We see to the logistics and manage the recruitment process.
Interviews take place, and in addition, debriefing for both candidates and clients occur. References performed on the short listed candidate/s are at this stage, and all other checks completed. (qualification, credit, and criminal if required)
The client decides who he will make the offer to for the particular position. The client and candidate receive our guidance at offer and acceptance stages. Candidate resigns, and the logistics finalized.
The candidate starts their new job and we monitor them for the first few months. We check how they’re settling in and if there are any teething problems. Client follow-up is most of all to ensure that a smooth transition has occurred.
We place a high emphasis on relationship building. We have built up relationships that have lasted years and years and continue to grow. Our clients come candidates have interchanged roles, and as a result how we service them. Ensuring a pleasant experience during a potentially stressful time is especially relevant and aimed for at Energy Africa
