Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-4 years in specialized recruitment within renewable energy or engineering.
• Autonomy: You’re self-driven, mature, and manage your own desk with confidence, and can operate in a hybrid working environment..
• Ambition: What you put in is what you get out – you’re driven by results, not the clock.
• Communication: Stellar English skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for reading.
• Rapport: You excel at building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ATS/CRM systems.
• Humility & Growth: You’re confident but always eager to learn and improve.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle using our ATS/CRM.
• Source, interview, and present top candidates, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
• Engage in deep client understanding through visits, differentiating yourself with bespoke service.
• Build extensive relationships, leveraging your technical and industry knowledge.
• Conduct thorough research on clients and upcoming projects to stay ahead.
