Job Description
Our client is an international EPC working on a hybrid project comprising of Solar, wind and BESS.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet company objectives.
Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance performance.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all logistics operations.
Collaborate with internal departments, external suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics activities.
Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers and vendors to secure cost-effective transportation and warehousing services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support logistics operations.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, budget expenditures, and project updates to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in logistics management.
Works instructed by the management team.
Work Experience:
With 10-15 years of relevant work experience, 8 years specifically in the field of Logistic Management, you possess a strong background in Wind Farm projects. This extensive experience will have equipped you with comprehensive knowledge and skills in logistics operations, supply chain management, renewable energy projects, and construction works. With a proven track record in managing logistics operations and overseeing large-scale projects in the renewable energy industry.
